Real Experiences Only: Only write reviews or upload photos for venues you have actually visited. Fake reviews, paid promotional posts disguised as genuine reviews, or coordinated spam ruin the community experience.
No Impersonation: Do not pretend to be another person, brand, venue owner, or Èsì official.
Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech: We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
Explicit & Graphic Content: Do not post sexually explicit imagery, gratuitous violence, illegal acts, or dangerous activities.
Respect Privacy: Do not publish personal or private information of others (such as phone numbers, residential addresses, or personal identity documents) without their explicit consent.
No Conflicts of Interest: If you own, work at, or are directly affiliated with a venue, disclose it clearly or refrain from rating your own establishment.
No Extortion or Blackmail: Do not threaten a venue with negative reviews in exchange for free items, discounts, or special treatment.
No Commercial Spam: Do not use review sections or comments to post referral links, external advertising, or commercial promotional materials.
Automated Activity: Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to create accounts, leave ratings, or manipulate app data.
